SRL™ has a 14-day easy returns window for our eligible store items**. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer site credit on eligible items within 14 days from when your purchase was made. We will authorize a site credit for any eligible item that is in new condition, unwashed and with its original tags intact.

Your order must be delivered prior to initiating a return. Log into account HERE with return info. We will then send via email return label to ship items.

NOTE: Any promo/discounted items such as 2 for $39, $49, $59 or $65 cannot be exchanged/returned. Once orders are submitted online we cannot not offer adjustments, credits or refunds.

In order to offer great prices with quality items this is our policy. The main cause to higher prices for items among brands is the huge cost of returns or exchanges within a company. Between items not being able to be used again, shipping fees & handling fees, this would cause to drive our prices to higher amounts for our brand & loyal customers.
